SHIPPING

We ship all of our products via Australia Post 'Registered Post' service both domestically and to international destinations.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 1–2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. All Good Off-Road is run by a small team, and we make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct delivery details, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to errors in the information you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and request that you re-submit your order.

Successfully placed orders will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@allgoodoff-road.com


LOCAL PICKUP

We do not currently offer local pickup.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): Australia Post will endeavour to deliver orders within 3–10 business days from order dispatch. Where you have specified a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect point as the delivery address, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect.

Express Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): Australia Post will endeavour to deliver an order within 1–3 business days (depending on the delivery postcode). Not all products will be available for express delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Delivery Timeframes: The delivery time for international orders is typically 10+ business days. Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities. This excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control. Country-specific delivery times are available online at www.auspost.com.au. Not all products will be available for international delivery.

We now ship worldwide. If you do not see your country of origin as a shipping option at checkout, please contact us at info@allgoodoff-road.com for a shipping quote.

Import Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
All orders are shipped with the full and accurate product and shipping value declared. We do not adjust or under-declare values to reduce customs charges.
Refusal to pay import duties or taxes does not constitute non-delivery. If duties are not paid, the parcel may be held, returned to us at additional cost, or abandoned by customs.

Returns Due to Unpaid Duties
If you decline to pay duties and request a return-to-sender, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee quoted by the carrier. Only the product cost (excluding original shipping and any third-party fees) will be refunded once the parcel is received back in sellable condition.
If you refuse to pay duties and the parcel is abandoned, no refund will be issued.

Fulfilment of International Orders
Once an international order has cleared customs in the destination country and a delivery attempt has been made, the order is considered fulfilled on our end. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to unpaid duties, customer refusal, or abandonment.

Carrier & Customs Changes
We are not responsible for changes in customs regulations, tariffs, courier policies, surcharges, or service suspensions introduced after your order is placed. If your selected shipping service becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative option or issue a refund.
