Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging intact. For our sheet metal products, the protective coating must remain in place.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

  • Decals/stickers

  • Sale items

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted where

  • Items are returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items show signs of installation, use, or tampering.

  • Packaging or protective coating is missing or damaged.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@allgoodoff-road.com

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@allgoodoff-road.com to confirm the return address.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over AUD $80, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at the destination are non-refundable.

  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • If you decline to pay and request return-to-sender, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee quoted by the carrier. Only the product cost (excluding original shipping and any third-party fees) will be refunded once the parcel is received in sellable condition.

  • If you refuse to pay duties and the parcel is abandoned, no refund will be issued.
